It's the intersection of Woodlawn Ave. and Justice St. in Canoga park - looking west on Justice, where bad guy character Bill Reynolds was hitchhiking in a purloined Navy seaman's uniform. It was citrus groves in 1955, but the roads were paved and the street signs up. The construction began in the early '60s.
